RAW TALK. Time to build friendships with our customers.
It’s been a while since we gathered our customers and had long, unhurried conversations.
We asked how everyone’s been doing, whether there was anything they felt disappointed about, and listened to honest feedback that’s usually hard to hear firsthand.
Compared to a few years ago, we’re now at a point where we can invite travel creators as well so we shared travel tips, played quizzes, and prepared gifts so no one would leave empty handed.
Stories of products used for a long time, memories made through repairing and reusing, and the personal stories behind gifts exchanged.
Listening to these heartfelt conversations with our loyal customers,
we were reminded once again:
“It’s not the people who will buy, but the people who already have, that matter.”
We’d love to meet the many loyal customers who couldn’t join us this time as well,
so next year, we’re planning to make it even bigger.
Even if we can’t stay in frequent touch,
let’s meet once in a while and take our time when we do.
