▪ ALL ALUMINIUM BODY : An aluminum body with outstanding durability
Not only the trunk body but also the outer frame is made entirely of 6000-series aluminum, the highest-strength heat-treated alloy that meets international standards used in aviation and marine industries.
The rivets connecting the shells are made of stainless steel to enhance durability at the joints.

▪ SILENT WHEEL : Quiet and smooth silent wheels
Japanese HINOMOTO Lisof silent wheels, approximately 20 dB quieter than standard wheels from other brands.
They move quietly and smoothly, reducing strain on the wrist and allowing easy control of the trunk’s movement.

▪ TSA LOCK : A choice for safe travel
A lock certified by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, allowing baggage inspection with a master key during U.S. security checks without damaging the lock.

▪ HIDDEN POCKET : A space for quick and easy access
Easily store frequently misplaced items such as passports and boarding passes in a concealed space for a safer and more convenient journey.

▪ TT HANDLE™ : RAWROW’s signature handle
Hang heavy items that cause fatigue even before the trip begins on the TT HANDLE™ and move comfortably.
It allows you to hang extra luggage and customize it for easy identification.

  1. Items eligible for A/S: wheels, TSA lock, scale handle, handles (trolley, carry, side), etc.
  2. Items not eligible for A/S: damage to the shell and aluminum frame, scratches, rivets, etc.
  3. Free / Paid service: Free within the A/S warranty period (1 year)
    (however, partial charges may apply depending on the component)

Precautions
  1. The initial password is set to 000. Once changed, it cannot be recovered if forgotten, so please write it down and keep it in a safe place.
  2. The TSA LOCK key is not provided for security inspection purposes.
  3. The scale handle uses an LR44 alkaline battery. The battery may discharge during long-term storage, so please remove it for storage.
  4. The maximum weight capacity is 40 kg. If the weight exceeds 40 kg, “Err” will be displayed.
  5. Do not use organic solvents such as thinner, benzene, or gasoline when cleaning the surface.
  6. After use, remove any moisture and store in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
  7. Minor scratches may occur during the manufacturing process and are not grounds for return.
  8. Slight movement or play in the TT handle is a product characteristic designed to absorb impact.
  9. The zipper on the inner lining of the body is for A/S service only. Please do not open the zipper during use.
  10. Due to the manufacturing process, gaps may occur between the body and rubber parts, and fabric or vinyl may get caught in these gaps.
  11. This product is not waterproof. Please do not leave it exposed to rain.
  12. Natural leather used on the handle may have scratches, wrinkles, or spots due to material characteristics. It will age beautifully with use.
  13. Overloading the luggage may cause frame deformation or lock failure.
  14. If damage occurs during baggage handling, please file a compensation claim with the airline or transportation company within 7 days. Damage to the product body cannot be repaired, and compensation policies may vary by airline.
  15. Excess baggage size and weight fees vary by airline.
  16. During packaging, dust or threads may adhere due to static electricity. Please wipe lightly before use.
  17. Colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings.
