ALL ALUMINIUM BODY: An aluminium body with exceptional durability
Not only the trunk body but also the entire outer frame is made with 100% 6000-series aluminium, the highest-strength heat-treated alloy that meets international standards used in aviation and marine industries.
The rivets connecting the shells are made of stainless steel to enhance durability at the joints.

SILENT WHEEL: Quiet and smooth silent wheels
Equipped with HINOMOTO Lisof silent wheels from Japan, reducing noise by approximately 20 dB compared to other wheels.
They move quietly and smoothly, reducing strain on the wrist and allowing easy control of the trunk’s movement.

TSA LOCK: A choice for safe travel
A lock certified by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, allowing baggage inspection using a master key without damaging the lock during U.S. security checks.

HIDDEN POCKET: A space for quick and easy access
Easily store items such as passports and boarding passes in a discreet compartment for safer and more convenient travel.

TT HANDLE™: RAWROW’s signature handle
Hang heavy bags that cause fatigue even before the journey begins on the TT HANDLE™ for easier movement.

Warranty
  1. Items eligible for A/S: wheels, TSA lock, scale handle, handles (trolley, carry, side), etc.
  2. Items not eligible for A/S: damage to the shell and aluminum frame, scratches, rivets, etc.
  3. Free / Paid service: Free within the A/S warranty period (1 year)
    (however, partial charges may apply depending on the component)

Precautions
  1. The initial password is set to 000. Once changed, it cannot be recovered if forgotten, so please write it down and store it in a safe place.
  2. The TSA LOCK key is not provided for security inspection purposes.
  3. The scale handle uses an LR44 alkaline battery. The battery may discharge during long-term storage, so please remove and store it separately.
  4. The maximum weight capacity is 40 kg. If the weight exceeds 40 kg, “Err” will be displayed.
  5. Do not use organic solvents such as thinner, benzene, or gasoline when cleaning the surface.
  6. After use, remove any moisture and store in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
  7. Minor scratches may occur during the manufacturing process and are not considered a reason for return.
  8. Slight movement or play in the TT HANDLE is a product characteristic designed to absorb impact.
  9. The zipper of the interior lining is for A/S (after-sales service) only. Please do not open this zipper during use.
  10. Due to the manufacturing process, gaps may occur between the body and rubber parts, and fabric or vinyl may become caught in these gaps.
  11. This product is not waterproof. Do not leave it exposed to rain.
  12. Natural leather used on the handle may have scratches, wrinkles, or spots due to material characteristics. It will age beautifully with use.
  13. Overpacking may cause frame deformation or lock malfunction.
  14. If damage occurs during baggage handling, please file a compensation claim with the airline or transportation company within 7 days. Damage to the product body cannot be repaired, and compensation policies may vary by airline.
  15. Excess baggage size and weight fees may vary depending on airline policies.
  16. During packaging, dust or fibers may adhere due to static electricity. Please wipe lightly before use.
  17. Colors may appear different depending on monitor settings.
